Details

Direct replacement for Monocrome Big Steel, Enduro, Trek Madone (BB90&95) and Hope bottom brackets.

These bearings can also be fitted to Shimano HT2, Raceface X-Type and some Truvativ bottom brackets (with appropriate seals and/or fitting kit).

Big Steel bearings have a smaller internal diameter than the standard 6805 bearings, supporting the crank axle directly and removing the need for plastic sleeves.

Important: FSA MegaExo cranksets have a slightly larger axle that means they won't fit through these Big Steel bearings. They will however fit with the 6805 bearings and plastic sleeves as there is enough give to allow the larger axle to be pushed through.

By having us press the bearings into your existing BB cups, remove the risk of bearing damage during installation. You will receive an order confirmation email with details on where to send your bottom bracket for its service. Turn around time is 2 to 3 days.
CNC Storm Drains:	For those riding in wet conditions we can CNC water drains into your bottom bracket cups during bearing replacement. These water drains allow water to escape from the cup before it can corrode or enter the bearing. The modification is invisible once the bottom bracket cups are assembled. *Bottom Bracket Cup with CNC Storm Drains* If you'd like us to machine CNC Storm Drains in your bottom bracket, simply also purchase the CNC Storm Drains service.
