Coil Spring
Slickoleum Or Motorex Grease 2000.

Damper Oil Type & Height
Damper Oil - Motorex 2.5 wt.
Single Crown 150mm TPC+ (twin piston) - 100 mm down from top of crown (with fork extended). 
Single Crown 180mm TPC+ (twin piston) - 115 mm down from top of crown (with fork extended). 
Single Crown 203mm TPC (single piston) - 125 mm down from top of crown (with fork extended).
Dual Crown 180mm TPC+ (twin piston) - 110 mm down from top of crown (with fork extended).
Dual Crown 203mm TPC+ (twin piston) - 140 mm down from top of crown (with fork extended).
Intrinsic (CID) Damper - Bleed full with IFP coil or air spring fully extended on all models.

Check damper shaft can be fully stroked by hand with damper installed.
