Book Your Shockcraft Fork Service or Tune

Use our Service Booking Form to book your Shockcraft fork service and/or tuning direct. You will be asked to login to complete the form (one form per part). If you haven't logged in before, you will need to create an account.

Direct or via your Local Bike Shop

We offer fork service & tuning direct to customers who are comfortable removing suspension from their bike. For locals we are able to remove the suspension from bikes at our workshop (there is a charge for this - see fork labour pricing - Other Charges). We also work with local bike shops (LBS) - so you can contact them to book a Shockcraft service. When your LBS is servicing your bike is the ideal time to get your suspension and dropper post serviced too.

Book & Drop

If you are based in Central Otago or passing through you are welcome to drop your forks to us during opening hours (9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday) at 58 Boundary Road, Alexandra. Tick the Book Now, Drop Later option on the booking form so you can ride more and wait less.

Book Now, Send Later

For those a bit further away you can use select our Book Now, Send Later option when booking to book a place in the queue and reduce wait time. There is a charge for this option.

Carrier Kereru (Pigeon) Pickup

If you are too far to come visit then you can book our Shockcraft Carrier Kereru and we'll arrange courier pickup of your forks (New Zealand based customers only - Kereru do not fly offshore).

Lead Time

Our Queue Counters shown above provide an indication of lead time for jobs once they arrive at Shockcraft. These timeframes update automatically depending on how many items are in the queues. Our live service queues are available for you to see how your job is progressing. When our service or tuning queue is longer (>2 weeks) our Book Now, Send Later or Book Now, Drop Later service is a good option to shorten the time you are without your suspension or dropper post.

Book Now, Drop Later for Shockcraft Service
Free option to cut down the wait time for customers dropping off & collecting their fork, shock or dropper post.

Normally you would book your fork, shock or dropper post for a Shockcraft service and get it in to us when you can. We service parts in the order that they arrive. In busy times this can mean up to a month with a bike in pieces and no riding.

With our new Book Now, Drop Later option you can keep your place in the queue and we tell you when we need your fork, shock or dropper. This is a free service for those dropping in and collecting their service parts (if you are too far away to drop off/collect then you can use our Book Now, Send Later service). This can bypass much of the downtime.

Shockcraft Carrier Kereru (Pigeon) Pickup
Purchase this product to book courier pickup & delivery of your fork, shock or dropper post to Shockcraft for service. Excludes return freight.

STEP 2: Pack your parts & measure dimensions & weight of parcel*
STEP 3: Enter your parcel details below, click Add to Cart
STEP 4: In checkout enter your pickup address as the shipping address & select shipping method as Carrier Kereru Pickup

You will be sent an email with a Post Haste courier ticket to print and attach to your parcel, along with a link to click to book pickup once your parcel is ready to go. When the booking link is clicked you'll have the chance to enter delivery instructions.

IMPORTANT: pickup from a non-urban address is not available. Check here to see if Post Haste classifies your address as non-urban. You can either provide an alternative address in an urban area or enter a Post Haste depot/agent address as your address in checkout. Please call your local Post Haste courier if you're not sure of their location.

ALEXANDRA & CLYDE CUSTOMERS: Dimensions/volume not required for pickup from Alexandra/Clyde addresses - enter zero for dimensions & weight. The NZ$5 charge covers both pickup and return of the suspension/dropper post.

*Dimensions of parcel must be accurate. If dimensions are incorrect and the freight cost to Shockcraft is higher as a result, this extra cost will be charged to you when we invoice the service job. Learn More
