We will happily ship orders to the far reaches of the planet, including Australia, Canada, UK, Europe, South America, Asia & the USA.
Products can be ordered simply by adding items to the cart and following the checkout process.
Select the International Store using the dropdown at the top right of our site (or on mobile click on the at the top of your screen, then change from New Zealand to International using the dropdown). Prices on the International Store can be viewed in the currency of your choice (select at top right of screen) and exclude New Zealand GST (Government Service Tax). International orders are exempt from GST. Some countries have import duties and taxes which are not covered by our freight service. You will need to enquire about these in your country.
Note that all orders charged to a credit card are charged in New Zealand dollars. Currency exchange rates are updated on our site once per day from the European Central Bank. Credit card companies may charge additional fees for currency conversion.
Payment is accepted via Visa or Mastercard via the eWAY Payment Gateway, or via international bank transfer (e.g. Wise). We do not accept Paypal as a payment option.
Provided items are in stock, orders are shipped once payment has been received. You will be sent an email at each step of the order process to keep you updated and let you know when the items have been shipped. Tracking numbers (if applicable) will be sent with your Shipment Notification email.

Standard items in as new condition may be returned for credit of the original purchase price, excluding freight, within 2 weeks of invoice date. Items returned after 2 weeks but less than 3 months from invoice date may be returned for a credit of the purchase price minus a 20% re-stocking fee and freight. Items returned more than 3 months from date of invoice or custom manufactured parts cannot be returned for credit.
For standard items orders may be cancelled prior to shipment of product. Orders for custom parts can be cancelled any time up to manufacture. To cancel an order please email us.
Tracked shipping is available worldwide. Fedex International shipping is also available for larger items. Please contact us for a shipping quote.

See below for international shipping options and minimum pricing (all international shipping prices exclude NZ GST). Options available, shipping time & price are shown in the cart prior to purchase.
Note: international shipping prices are higher than usual due to courier surcharges linked to the COVID-19 pandemic. Also expect large delays for international parcels.
