Complete our Warranty Request Form for warranty service, repair and/or supply of replacement parts within the Manitou warranty period.  Contact us if you have any questions.

Manitou warranty is generally 2 years.  Proof of purchase must be provided.  Standard warranty terms for Manitou are provided at the Hayes Bicycle website here.

If you are sending us items for service or repair under warranty then you must complete our Warranty Request Form and/or notify us of your warranty request.  We will not retrospectively apply warranty credit for items booked in for service.
