Final sizing and tolerancing of fork bushings to ensure minimal friction and maximum performance.  Cures issue of friction and stiction to improve small bump control.  Also reduces break-in time of a new fork to zero.
Burnish sizes are carefully chosen to provide maximum oil film thickness without any knocking or noticable play.

Available immediately for 30 mm, 32 mm, 34 mm, 35 mm and 36 mm forks.  Other sizes will have a slight delay as we manufacture tooling.

Motorex Fully Synthetic lubricating oil for air pistons and suspension forks lower leg bushings.
Manitou use this exact oil as Semi-Bath fork lubrication.

This is a slightly less awesome lubricant than Motorex Supergliss but works over a wider temperature range and is better in the cold.

Kit includes 2 high quality Trelleborg Flanged seals, 2 foam rings and Slickoleum grease.
Fits 34 mm stanchioned Manitou forks from 2006 to present.
Flanged type for 44mm pocket.
Special compound for low friction & extreme low temperature performance

These flanged seals have the same fork compatibility as the flangeless option.
Flangeless seals provide a tighter fit into the lower leg (to resist popping out with internal air leaks) which makes them more difficult to install than flanged seals.
A seal press tool is not essential for installation of the flanged seals but it does make the job easier.
