Service Info & Pricing

The nature and cost of service depends on the specific dropper post model, it's unique issues and prior maintenance schedule.  Model specific pricing is available from our Pricing page by selecting your dropper post model.  If your model is not included please see pricing below.

If you're not sure what type of service is required please contact us or we can make a recommendation after inspection of the dropper post.  Repair work is additional to a normal service.  We will always call and discuss before proceeding with any repair work.

These rates are for labour only and exclude repair.
Parts, oil & freight are additional and vary depending on the brand & model and the problems found.

Normally you book your fork, shock or dropper post for a Shockcraft service and send it when you can.  We service parts in the order that they arrive.  In busy times this can mean up to a month with a bike in pieces and no riding.

With our new Book Now, Send Later option you can keep your place in the queue and we tell you when we need your fork, shock or dropper.  Use our Carrier Kereru (Pigeon) Pickup service and we'll organise courier collection.  This can bypass much of the downtime.

Only require one Book Now, Send Later per group of service parts sent together.

Free option to cut down the wait time for customers dropping off & collecting their fork, shock or dropper post.  No need to purchase, simply choose this option in our service booking form.

Purchase this product to book courier pickup & delivery of your fork, shock or dropper post to Shockcraft for service.  Excludes return freight.

STEP 2: Pack your parts & measure dimensions & weight of parcel*
STEP 3: Enter your parcel details below, click Add to Cart
STEP 4: In checkout enter your pickup address as the shipping address & select shipping method as Carrier Kereru Pickup

You will be sent an email with a Post Haste courier ticket to print and attach to your parcel, along with a link to click to book pickup once your parcel is ready to go.  When the booking link is clicked you'll have the chance to enter delivery instructions.

IMPORTANT: pickup from a non-urban address is not available.  Check here to see if Post Haste classifies your address as non-urban.  You can either provide an alternative address in an urban area or enter a Post Haste depot/agent address as your address in checkout.  Please call your local Post Haste courier if you're not sure of their location.

ALEXANDRA & CLYDE CUSTOMERS: Dimensions/volume not required for pickup from Alexandra/Clyde addresses - enter zero for dimensions & weight.  The NZ$5 charge covers both pickup and return of the suspension/dropper post.

*Dimensions of parcel must be accurate.  If dimensions are incorrect and the freight cost to Shockcraft is higher as a result, this extra cost will be charged to you when we invoice the service job. Learn More
