Manitou Mara Generation 1 Inline rear shock with Shockcraft Ready Mix Tune
This Gen 1 model is on run-out with limited sizes available.  Gen 2 has the full metric range.

The Mara Inline is light and simple rear shock that fits almost everything and can be rebuilt at home

The Ready Mix Tune is our Pick & Mix Self Tune with the picking, mixing and install already done for you.  With the Ready Mix Tune you will get the right combination of playfulness, poppiness and plantedness.  The shock will be stable, supportive and suck up the bumps.  You'll feel huge changes in feel, speed and confidence.  There is also a choice of Trail or XC feel.

Ready Mix Tune - Targeted Tuning
Available with optional Shockcraft Ready Mix Tune.  The Ready Mix Tune is our Pick & Mix Self Tune with the picking, mixing and install already done for you.  With the Ready Mix Tune you will get the right combination of playfulness, poppiness and plantedness.  The shock will be stable, supportive and suck up the bumps.  You'll notice huge changes in feel, speed and confidence.  There is also a choice of Trail tune for incremental compression or XC tune with firm lockout.

The Mara Inline Generation 1 shocks (excluding Imperial sizes) are on run-out pricing.  Sizes available as shown.

Shock Stroke Change
There is no charge for stroke change for stock Mara Inline stroke sizes.  e.g. if we have a 210 x 50 mm shock in stock but you need a 210 x 55 mm shock there is no charge to change the stroke.

Shock Length Modification
We also change shock length of new Mara Inlines at no additional charge.  e.g. we can change a 190 x 50 mm to 185 mm x 45 mm. Learn More

Custom Hardware and shock stroke modification to fit a Manitou Mara GEN 1 Inline to a Trek Remedy or Slash with Thru-Shaft Reaktiv
Thru Shaft Reaktiv shocks are 230 x 57.5 mm air spring with lower hardware offset to one side
This conversion allows fitment of a Manitou Mara Inline 230 x 60 or 65 mm air shock
Optional travel reduction on the shock to 57.5 mm and fitting custom shock pins.

Resulting combination bolts straight in.

Resulting combination bolts straight in.  The Manitou Mara Inline in stock form has firm 4 stage compression damping and is suited to XC style riding.  We recommend a piggy back shock for more aggressive riders (Mara Pro).  Tuning for your weight and riding style is also available.
